On a Monday afternoon in October I had the pleasure of marrying my friends, Tim and Phamy Leslie. The sweethearts of eleven years were ridiculously jetlagged after returning from a romantic romp around Europe. Their family and friends had joined them for a beautiful wedding celebration in France and I had the honour of tying their knot officially upon their return home.
The couple said their vows and exchanged rings in an intimate ceremony witnessed by four friends on the back deck of their quaint home in Brisbane. After signing the register I slipped quietly out the front door and left them to celebrate in their kitchen with some delicious smelling food, plenty of wine and a little posse of very close friends.
Mr and Mrs Leslie have kindly shared photos from their charming French ceremony. The groom looked dapper, as usual, in a navy suit with a bow tie and the bride wore a Fleur Wood frock that was beyond perfect for the romantic setting of St Gery.
